Run keyboard and mouse troubleshooter

- Go to the start menu.

You can Automatically update your mouse and keyboard from Device Manager. Go to the start menu, search for Device Manager and open it. Expand Keyboards category. Right-click on the installed keyboard driver and then select Update driver. And follow on-screen instructions.
For mice, expand Mice and other pointing devices. If you cannot find your keyboard or mouse under the said categories, unplug and reconnect them and then select Action > Scan for hardware changes in the device manager.
Reinstall the keyboard and mouse driver
Or visit the keyboard or mouse manufacturer’s website and download the latest drivers for your keyboard or mouse. This is especially important for a high-end gaming keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals such as those from Razer, SteelSeries, Logitech, and Corsair. Then uninstall the currently installed driver from the device manager and restart Windows. On the next login install the latest keyboard & mouse driver and check it worked.
Disable Fast Startup
Also, Some users recommend Disabling the Fast startup feature or Changing Power Management Settings help them to fix the keyboard and mouse not working on Windows 10
You Can also apply these options to check it may work for you. To Disable Fast startup open power options from the control panel-> Choose what the power buttons do -> Change settings that are currently unavailable -> then Uncheck “Turn on fast startup” and click on Save changes.
To Changing Power Management Settings Open device manager -> expend keyboards -> double click on the installed driver to get its properties. Move to the power management tab and uncheck the option “Allow this device to wake the computer” Do the same for with the mouse. (This solution is especially helpful if the keyboard and mouse not working after Windows wakes up from sleep mode.)
