- Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties dialog box will be opened.
- On that check the “Use the following DNS server addresses” radio button and enter the IP address as shown below.
Preferred DNS Server box type in 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server box type in 8.8.4.4
- Select ‘Validate Settings Upon Exit’ checkbox and then click OK,
- Now check the website that was showing the error, the problem is fixed.
Reset Network configuration

To do this open the command prompt as administrator, and execute the following commands.
- netsh winsock reset
